Unit location and e-mail point of contact
You can click on view source and look at the HTML coding and make changes to the
images by copying the images on our site to your home computer. You can then put the image name
in the "img SRC= spot" and make the change to your page. This paragraph is set to the left as an
example.
This is a sample of a right justified paragraph. Copy the source from the view
source and play with it to see if you can create a fun and kewl looking page.
The paragraph below is how you add links to your site. It is also the links to those
programs that will help you buld your web pages and send them to the servers for the rest of the
world to see about your Scouting unit.
The CuteFTP site - This site offers shareware to use to publish your
web page and to transfer the page to the Internet. This is by far the best program I have found
yet to do FTP transfers. They also offer a shareware HTML publisher.
So what do you think? By saving the HTML code for this page by viewing the source and saving it to
your computer you can start a kewl Web page for your Scouting unit. Change the images and backgrounds
and have fun. You can even look at how it will look on your computer before you send it to our site.
